Assess
I look at how you move, where you compensate, and how tissue responds before deciding where to begin.
Clinical bodywork · Wilmington, NC
Clinical, assessment-driven manual therapy for pain, posture, and movement dysfunction.

The Matrix approach
Each session follows a deliberate process: understand what is driving the problem, apply the right work, and leave with a clear next step.
I look at how you move, where you compensate, and how tissue responds before deciding where to begin.
Precise, hands-on work guided by what the assessment shows, with reassessment as the session progresses.
Sessions stay focused on the goal for that visit, with a clear plan for what comes next.

“I chase dysfunction, not pain.”
Matrix Bodywork is my Wilmington practice, built on more than eight years of hands-on experience with chronic pain, sports injuries, postural issues, and complex movement dysfunction. My background is deliberately diverse, blending orthopedic and movement-based bodywork with structural, myofascial, and neuromuscular approaches.
That range lets me adapt the work to the person in front of me instead of relying on one method or a preset routine. When a client needs care beyond my scope, I work with trusted referral partners—including physical therapists, functional medicine practitioners, chiropractors, and orthopedic physicians—so the next step is clear.
